What will our first session be like?
The first session focuses on understanding what brought you here, what each of you hopes to change, and how we will work together. Both partners have space to speak. Sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and reducing ongoing conflict.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least twenty four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your session. Sessions cancelled late or missed without notice are billed at the full rate.
Do you offer sessions in Afrikaans?
Yes. Sessions are available in both English and Afrikaans.
